Orders

Most standard orders can be customised or personalised – this can be seen on the item page in the description box.

You simply order and pay for the item and then let us know the change you want via our contact page.

You will be sent a computer image of what your order will look like with the change you have requested. You will need to confirm that you are okay with the change(s) before we can proceed. Once the change has been confirmed, you will no longer be able to make any further changes.

SWATshop unfortunately can not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised or custom made goods unless we have made a mistake or item is faulty. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000 which does not apply to “personalised good or goods made to a consumer’s specification”

If we’ve made a mistake, you should contact us via our contact page with details of the mistake and return the item to us within 14 days for investigation. Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

Delivery

Many items we produce are made to order. We aim to get your order posted to you as soon as possible – generally within 3 days. If for some reason this will take longer for reasons outside our control i.e. more stock required – then we will let you know.
